This Privacy Policy explains how IT Fusion, LLC (“IT Fusion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit itfusiontech.com and any page that links to this Policy (the “Site”). For services we deliver to clients (e.g., managed IT, IT consulting, cybersecurity, helpdesk), we act as a service provider/processor under a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). In case of conflict, your MSA/DPA governs.

2) Information We Collect

Identifiers & Contact Data: name, company, job title, email, phone, postal address, IP address, device identifiers.

Commercial/Inquiry Data: service interests, tickets submitted, quotes, meeting bookings, purchases (if applicable).

Internet/Technical Data: cookie IDs, pages viewed, time stamps, referral/UTM parameters, approximate location.

Support Content: messages, attachments, and (where lawfully disclosed) call or meeting recordings.

Professional Information: company size, industry, technology stack details you share.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information via the Site. If you send it, we process it only to service your request.
